So I’ve been paying better attention to what I eat since My wife has had to be on her restricted diet. This comes with some advantages - I’m down 15 pounds in the past two months. But the boss brought donuts this morning. 2 Dunkin - a cake with coconut and a Boston Creme - and I have a headache and upset tummy.

I got the runs on Dunkin

On another note, my legs are sore because yesterday we rode bikes for the first time in 20 years. We picked up bike rentals at the city park and rode them about 45 minutes. (8 miles around the park loop a few times?) it was quite fun but my legs aren’t happy with me.

Biking is fantastic exercise - burns lots of calories and doesn’t pound your joints.

As a man who has tendinitis in his feet, it’s a really, really good exercise. The rental bikes weren’t bad for cruising.

Dunkin Donuts aren’t worth it. Their donuts have sucked since they stopped making them fresh in the store.

I’m starting a new diet soon to aggressively combat my chronic migraines... It’s one of the few things I haven’t tried and I’m hoping for some good results.

Dunkin Donuts are my favorite. I’d go off any diet for one.

I can’t skate. I grew up in a town with a minor-league hockey team that had the floor of our arena iced over from October to March. On afternoon game days it was open to the public post game. On non-game weekend days it was open all day for skating.

No matter how many times I tried to skate, I wound up spraining or breaking a bone or two in my wrist.

I’m going to get myself a Bacon-Chicken Poutine for lunch today.

I said fuck it today! I’m eating extra greasy today. Last day of work then Canada day long weekend and I took the rest of the week off.

I’m gonna burn all those calories with my new Stihl Brush-cutter. Fuck-you old Ryobi weedwacker!

I lost 40 lbs and I don’t think I could eat an entire boston creme anymore. I could hardly finish one when I was fat.
